保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-Notch1抗體,跨膜受體蛋白Notch-1抗體產品介紹：This gene encodes a member of the Notch family. Members of this Type 1 transmembrane protein family share structural characteristics including an extracellular domain consisting of multiple epidermal growth factor-like (EGF) repeats, and an intracellular domain consisting of multiple, different domain types. Notch family members play a role in a variety of developmental processes by controlling cell fate decisions. The Notch signaling network is an evolutionarily conserved intercellular signaling pathway which regulates interactions between physically adjacent cells. In Drosophilia, notch interaction with its cell-bound ligands (delta, serrate) establishes an intercellular signaling pathway that plays a key role in development. Homologues of the notch-ligands have also been identified in human, but precise interactions between these ligands and the human notch homologues remain to be determined. This protein is cleaved in the trans-Golgi network, and presented on the cell surface as a heterodimer. This protein functions as a receptor for membrane bound ligands, and may play multiple roles during development.
抗原修復，必須注意以下問題：
1、修復液的選擇。
0.01M枸櫞酸（pH6.0）：應用zui多的抗原修復液，適用于大多數的抗原，用該液修復后的抗原表達增強，抗原的定性和定位很理想，結果不錯;
0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）：應用較多的抗原修復液，修復能力較強，對于保存時間較長的切片或目的蛋白表達較弱的組織有很好的修復效果，需要控制好修復時間，否則容易出現較重的背景;
0.01M TBS（pH7.4）：中性修復液，適用于大多數抗原，對于核定位蛋白有較好的修復效果;
*：應用較多的抗原修復液，適用于大多數的抗原，使用溫度37℃，對于容易脫片的切片有很好的保護作用。

2.抗原熱修復時應選擇的溫度。
據實驗認為溫度在92℃－98℃是合適的，尤其在95℃為，這是因為：（1）這種溫度未達沸騰，切片不容易脫離載玻片；（2）能夠解離和破壞與蛋白交聯的甲醛醛鍵等，處理時可以隨意選擇和確定抗原修復的作用時間。如果選擇高壓修復，因為溫度較高，時間不宜過長
3.抗原修復時有效溫度所需持續時間根據各單位的設備條件以及使用的儀器不同，抗原修復時在有效的溫度范圍內所持續的時間也不一樣。
4.抗原修復液必須遵循自然降溫規律，否則效果不好或達不到抗原修復的目的。
5.盡量使用足量的抗原修復液，防止切片干涸。
6.切片必須附貼牢固，否則發生掉片。
