Product Description
Brief description: Human Genomic DNA contains high molecular weight （>50 kb） genomic DNA isolated from human blood （buffy coat） by the method of Sambrook et al. Southern hybridization analysis. Molecular weight: The preparation is electrophoretically separated on a 0.5% agarose gel and the gel is stained with ethidium bromide. The molecular weight of the purified genomic DNA is greater than 50 kb.
Application

Human Genomic DNA is a preparation of high molecular weight DNA. It can be used for: Genomic library construction. Reliable amplification of long DNA fragments. Solution in TE buffer, pH 8.0.
