性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：白色或類白色凍干粉。essentially salt-free。為雙鏈特異性內(nèi)切核酸酶，能降解雙鏈DNA成為具有5ˊ-磷酸及3ˊ-OH末端的寡脫氧核糖核苷酸。當(dāng)有一價(jià)錳離子存在時(shí)，亦能降解單鏈DNA。溶于水，微溶于30％乙醇和丙酮。酶反應(yīng)：脫氧核糖核酸→二核苷酸5′磷酸+寡聚核苷酸5′磷酸zui適pH 7.8。吸光系數(shù)(E1%280)11.1。激活劑為二價(jià)金屬離子，zui大激活可以從鎂(Mg2+)+鈣(Ca2+)得到。抑制劑有EDTA和十二烷基硫酸鈉。可加5mmol/L鈣(Ca2+)
