描述

此細胞株源自肺粘膜上皮細胞癌的淋巴結轉移灶。 這個細胞系用化學合成培養基分離得到，并轉換成含血清培養液培養。 此細胞在培養時在亞顯微結構上保留了粘膜上皮細胞的特性，并表現出鱗狀分化的多種標記。
