描述

培養基和添加劑

訂購此細胞需提供100ml培養基。LHC-9培養液添加0.5鈉克/毫升重組上皮細胞生長因子(EGF),500鈉克/毫升氫化可的*，0.035鈉克/毫升牛垂體提取物，500mM乙醇胺，500nM 磷酸乙醇胺，0.01毫克/毫升腎上腺素，0.1鈉克/毫升retinoic酸及微量元素。注意：不要過濾EGF。LHC-9基礎培養液可以從Biofluids, Inc., Rockville, MD(目錄號118)或Clonetics Corporation, Walkersville, MD 21793(BEBM目錄
