ELISA洗板注意事項：手工洗板加洗液時沖擊力不要太大，洗滌次數不要超過說明書*的洗滌次數，洗液在反應孔內滯留的時間不宜太長。不要使洗液在孔間竄流，造成孔問污染，導致假陰性或假陽性。要保證加液量* 我們在使用時感覺滴瓶加液不如加樣器好，滴瓶不易控制加液量不準，造成顯色不統一，判斷錯誤。顯色液量不可過多 加樣的工作環境不能處于陽光直射的環境下，加顯色系統后要避光反應，顯色液量不能過多，以免顯色過強。

灰區概念
把定量分析的正常值范圍引入定性分析建立灰區概念，即將CO值上下的一段區域定為陽性可疑，需重復實驗或換試劑重測以確定其陰陽性，如仍落在灰區范圍內則報告+（陽性）。
灰區概念對血站系統的獻血員篩查尤為重要。
灰區的設置有二種：
1）C.O×（1±CV），
CV為該試劑的批內CV (一般在15-20%間）；
2）C.O±2s，s為實驗室做室內質控ROC的s。
