ELISA原理
●根據檢測目的和操作步驟不同有三種基本方法。
●雙抗體（原）夾心法 檢測抗原（體）的常見方法，應用針對抗原兩個不同決定族的兩種單抗分別作為固相載體和酶標抗體檢測溶液中的抗原（適用于二價以上抗原,不能測 小分子半抗原）。
●間接法 檢測抗體的方法，利用酶標記的抗抗體（第二抗體）檢測已與固相抗原結合的抗體。
●競爭法 檢測抗原或小分子半抗原、抗體，以測抗原為例，使待測抗原和酶標抗原競爭與固相抗體結合，結果如待測抗原含量越多，與固相抗體結合的酶標抗原就越少，顯色越淺，二者呈負相關。
