噴砂房是我公司蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；
2、磨料回收率高，便于清換磨料；
3、主要電氣元件均采用進口產品，具有性能穩定，安全可靠，使用壽命長，維護簡單；
4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；
5、本機采用雙級除塵，級采用旋風分離器，第二級用濾芯式除塵系統，其總除塵效率可達99.99%以上；
6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統"，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；
7、各系統電控采用互鎖控制，當其中一系統出現故障時，相關系統均停止工作，噴槍停止噴射；
8、房體采用建筑裝飾設計，外觀簡潔、美觀、規范，降噪效果好，且安裝便捷。
