◆產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介 Product introduction
鋼材預(yù)處理線工藝是指鋼材在加工前(即原材料狀態(tài))進(jìn)行表面拋丸除銹并涂上一層保護(hù)底漆的加工工藝。鋼材經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)處理可以提高機(jī)械產(chǎn)品和金屬構(gòu)件的抗腐蝕能力,提高鋼板的抗疲勞性能,延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命;同時(shí)還可以優(yōu)化鋼材表面工藝制作狀態(tài),有利于數(shù)控切割機(jī)下料和精密落料。此外,由于加工前鋼材形狀比較規(guī)則,有利于機(jī)械除銹和自動(dòng)化噴漆,因此采用鋼材預(yù)處理可大大提高清理工作的效率,減輕清理工作的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。
鋼板預(yù)處理線設(shè)備主要利用拋丸器高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪將鋼丸(彈丸)加速拋打至工件表面。對(duì)工件進(jìn)行沖擊、刮削,以消除工件表面的銹層,氧化皮和污物,使表面達(dá)到一定的粗糙度。提高了漆膜與鋼材表面的附著力,相應(yīng)提高了產(chǎn)品抗腐蝕能力和表面質(zhì)量,改進(jìn)和提高產(chǎn)品的外觀質(zhì)量和內(nèi)在質(zhì)量,大大減輕清理工作的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和環(huán)境污染、該產(chǎn)品是船舶,橋梁、機(jī)車車輛、工程機(jī)械化工設(shè)備以及鍋爐制造行業(yè)的必需工業(yè)裝備。

工件輸送系統(tǒng)

拋丸清理

(1) 上下兩拋丸器一一對(duì)應(yīng),抵消了彈丸對(duì)鋼板的沖擊力,防止薄鋼板變形。
(2) 拋丸室鋼板進(jìn)出口做了特殊設(shè)計(jì),以防止彈丸飛出室體外。
(3) 清理裝置增加了側(cè)刷清掃系統(tǒng),掃除鋼板上部的彈丸。
(4) 丸料循環(huán)系統(tǒng)采用了雙排料斗提升機(jī)、溢流感應(yīng)式丸砂分離器。
OMRON溫控元件,采用OMRON C200HG PLC,采用工業(yè)控制微機(jī)作上位機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬監(jiān)控。
丸料循環(huán)系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警功能。如果一個(gè)設(shè)備(如丸砂分離器、斗式提升機(jī)、螺旋輸送器)發(fā)生故障,它將自動(dòng)停止,同時(shí)位于其上的設(shè)備也將自動(dòng)停止。
