Anti-TRF2抗體,端粒結合蛋白2抗體產品背景介紹：This gene encodes a omere specific protein, TERF2, which is a component of the omere nucleoprotein complex. This protein is present at omeres in metaphase of the cell cycle, is a second negative regulator of omere length and plays a key role in the protective activity of omeres. While having similar omere binding activity and domain organization, TERF2 differs from TERF1 in that its N terminus is basic rather than acidic.
保存條件: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
