工作原理
氣動雙隔膜泵采用壓縮空氣、氮氣或天然氣作為動力。主定向（氣動）控制閥將壓縮空氣分配至氣體腔室，向隔膜的內表面上施加均勻壓力。同時排出的氣體從泵另一側后方通過氣閥組件導向端口排出。氣動雙隔膜泵內腔氣體壓力超過液體腔壓力，隔膜連桿來回移動，在一側進行排放，在另一側進行吸入。排放和吸入液體的方向由止回閥（球閥或片狀閥）的方向控制。吸入行程使泵執行吸入。吸入行程可降低艙室壓力，增加腔室體積。從而生成大氣壓力壓差，推動液體經過吸入管道，穿過吸入側止回閥，流入外部液體腔。吸入側行程還可啟動泵的往復（移位、行程或循環）運動。氣動雙隔膜泵通過行程機械拉動吸入隔膜的移動氣動雙隔膜泵的內板與對準的驅動柱塞發生接觸，移動導向閥芯。導向閥激活后，便向主定向氣閥的另一端發出壓力信號，氣動雙隔膜泵使壓縮空氣方向改向內部腔室的另一側如此反復運動完成介質的連續輸送。
