雙偏心半球閥

結構設計類似三偏心硬密封蝶閥，具有操作輕便、開啟過程無磨擦、零泄漏、壽命長等優(yōu)點。
產品特征如下：
一、密封副（閥芯，閥座）—雙金屬，實現(xiàn)金屬球面環(huán)帶硬密封，防火防爆；
二、密封嚴緊，閥芯和閥座的密封是球面線接觸，靠三維偏心實現(xiàn)零泄漏；
三、密封副的閥芯留有補償量，閥門使用較長時間發(fā)現(xiàn)密封副磨損時，只需松動手輪側的限位螺栓，關閉時再轉動少許，仍可實現(xiàn)可靠密封，延長使用壽命。
四、可將壓緊套擰掉，調整或更換閥座，閥門仍可繼續(xù)使用，避免了現(xiàn)行眾多閥門密封失效后整臺報廢的弊端。
我公司半球閥產品按用途分為：通用閥、管線閥、料漿閥、燃氣閥、石油化工閥、煤粉噴吹閥六大系列。傳動方式有手動、氣動、電動三種，八個壓力等級（PN0.25～10.0Mpa）數百個規(guī)格（40～1000）的半球閥產品。在石油、化工、冶金、電力、燃氣等行業(yè)是閘閥、截止閥、Y型閥、球閥的更新?lián)Q代產品。目前已在鋼鐵行業(yè)的煤粉噴吹，氧化鋁行業(yè)的礦漿、母液和氧化鋁粉輸送，電力行業(yè)的水力（或干）除灰，石化行業(yè)，燃氣行業(yè)等場合。
Double eccentric semi-ball
Structure Designed is similar to hard sealing of three- eccentric of butterfly valve, with convenient operation , without friction opened and leakage , long life . Flowing are features:
First、Sealing deputy （trim and seat）- double metal can achieve sphere of metal with hard sealing and prevent fire and explosion.
Second 、Tight sealing ,trim and sealing seat are contacting of spherical . It relies three-eccentric to achieve non-leakage;
Third、Trim of sealing deputy with compensation, once valve is used for long time and discovered sealing deputy out of service ,only to loose limit blots of handwheel .And turning a litter when closed to achieve reliable sealing and extend life.
Four、Set screw can be pressed out, seat can be adjusted and replaced, valve can be used and avoid sealing which is out of using than all valve is abandoned.
According to usage,semi-ball valve is divided into six series :universal valve, pipeline valve, specialize in slurry valve, specialize in gas valve, specialize in petrochemical valve ,specialize in pulverized coal .Transmission methods are manual , pneumatic, electric. Eight pressure levels （PN0.25~10.0Mpa） . There are hundreds of specifications （40~1000）
semi-ball valve . In petroleum, chemical ,metallurgy, electricity, gas etc industries,gate valve , stop valve , Y-type valve, ball valve are replaced of semi-ball valve. Now, it's sold well in coal injection of steel industry,pulp of alumina industry ,liquor and alumina powder transport, water （or dry） ash of electric power industry , petrochemical industry and gas industry ,etc.
