FT-103A活性白土堆積密度測定儀

FT-103AActive white clay accumulation densimeter

一.參照標準standard：

GB/T 25571-2010標準，食品添加劑活性白土的規定；HGT2764-2008工業過氧碳酸鈉之行業標準；GBT 23771-2009 無機化工產品中堆積密度的測定。

HG/T2573-2006工業輕質氧化鎂(HG\T2573-2006代替HG\T2573-1994)堆積密度測定要求；

HG/T2770-2008工業聚磷酸銨，主要用作涂料、造紙、塑料、橡膠、紡織、木材及建材等制品的阻燃添加劑，6.11堆積密度的測定要求.

GB/T 25571-2010 food national safety standards, food additives activated clay;HGT2764-2008 industry standard for sodium carbonate;

GBT 23771-2009 the measurement of the density in the inorganic chemical products.

HG/T2573-2006 industrial light magnesium oxide (HG \ t2573-2006 instead of HG \ t2573-1994) bulk density requirement;

HG/T2770-2008 industrial ammonium polyphosphate, mainly used for paint, paper making, plastic, rubber, textile, wood and organic building materials products of flame retardant additives, 6.11 the determination of bulk density requirements.

二.原理：Principle：

粉塵從漏斗口自由落下充滿量杯；測定松裝狀態下量杯內單位體積的質量，即堆積密度。

Principle: powder freely drop from hopper opening at a certain height to full of measuring cup. Measure the mass of unit volume in measuring cup , namely powder bulkdensity

三.參數規格Technical specifications

漏斗流出口直徑30mm；Funnel outlet diameter 30mm,

漏斗高度為：135mm，漏斗采用不銹鋼材料制成，

funnel height: 135mm, funnel is made of stainless steel.

量筒直徑為Cylinder diameter：80mm，容積volume：500ml
