◆產品簡介 Product introduction
鋼材預處理線工藝是指鋼材在加工前(即原材料狀態)進行表面拋丸除銹并涂上一層保護底漆的加工工藝。鋼材經過預處理可以提高機械產品和金屬構件的抗腐蝕能力,提高鋼板的抗疲勞性能,延長其使用壽命;同時還可以優化鋼材表面工藝制作狀態,有利于數控切割機下料和精密落料。此外,由于加工前鋼材形狀比較規則,有利于機械除銹和自動化噴漆,因此采用鋼材預處理可大大提高清理工作的效率,減輕清理工作的勞動強度和對環境的污染。
鋼板預處理線設備主要利用拋丸器高速旋轉的葉輪將鋼丸(彈丸)加速拋打至工件表面。對工件進行沖擊、刮削,以消除工件表面的銹層,氧化皮和污物,使表面達到一定的粗糙度。提高了漆膜與鋼材表面的附著力,相應提高了產品抗腐蝕能力和表面質量,改進和提高產品的外觀質量和內在質量,大大減輕清理工作的勞動強度和環境污染、該產品是船舶,橋梁、機車車輛、工程機械化工設備以及鍋爐制造行業的必需工業裝備。

工件輸送系統

(1) 上下兩拋丸器一一對應,抵消了彈丸對鋼板的沖擊力,防止薄鋼板變形。
(2) 拋丸室鋼板進出口做了特殊設計,以防止彈丸飛出室體外。
(3) 清理裝置增加了側刷清掃系統,掃除鋼板上部的彈丸。
(4) 丸料循環系統采用了雙排料斗提升機、溢流感應式丸砂分離器。
OMRON溫控元件,采用OMRON C200HG PLC,采用工業控制微機作上位機動態模擬監控。
