其目的在于證明和肯定陽性結果的特異性，排除非特異性疑問。主要是針對*抗體對照，常用的對照方法包括：1. 陽性對照；2. 陰性對照；3. 阻斷實驗； 4.替代對照；5. 空白對照；6. 自身對照；7. 吸收實驗.
1. 陽性對照用已知抗原陽性的切片作對照與待檢標本同時進行免疫組織化學染色，對照切片應呈陽性結果，成為陽性對照。證明全過程均符合要求，尤其當待檢標本呈現陰性結果時，陽性對照尤為重要。
2.陰性對照用確證不含已知抗原的標本作對照，應呈陰性結果，成為陰性對照，是陰性對照的一種。其實空白、替代、吸收和抑制都屬于陰性對照。當待檢標本呈陽性結果時，陰性對照就更加重要，用以排除假陽性。
Anti-B7-1抗體,刺激分子B7-1蛋白抗體產品介紹：CD80 is a member of the Ig superfamily and serves as the ligand for two T cell molecules, CD28 and CTLA4. Interactions between CD28 and CD80 on activated B cells result in enhanced T cell activation. CD80 is rapidly induced on the surface of in vitro activated B cells, Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) transformed B cell lines, Burkitts lymphoma cell lines, freshly isolated follicular B lymphoma cells, T cells, and monocytes. It is also expressed at high levels in dendritic cells. It reacts weakly with a small proportion of non activated normal B cells and with HTLV1 infected T cells. CD80 does not react with peripheral monocytes, resting and activated normal T cells, T cell lines and T cell clones, nor with myelomonocytic cell lines.
