儲(chǔ) 存液: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol

保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-Collagen V抗體,Ⅴ型膠原抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：This gene encodes an alpha chain for one of the low abundance fibrillar collagens. Fibrillar collagen molecules are trimers that can be composed of one or more types of alpha chains. Type V collagen is found in tissues containing type I collagen and appears to regulate the assembly of heterotypic fibers composed of both type I and type V collagen. This gene product is closely related to type XI collagen and it is possible that the collagen chains of types V and XI constitute a single collagen type with tissue-specific chain combinations. The encoded procollagen protein occurs commonly as the heterotrimer pro-alpha1(V)-pro-alpha1(V)-pro-alpha2(V). Mutations in this gene are associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, types I and II. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.

抗原修復(fù)方法：
方法1：沸水浴修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于沸水浴環(huán)境，保持外部沸騰狀態(tài)15min，自然冷卻至室溫。
方法2：微波修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于微波爐中，高火5min，停火3min，中火5min，自然冷卻至室溫。
方法3：高壓修復(fù)，修復(fù)液加入高壓鍋加熱至沸騰，放入玻片，封蓋加壓持續(xù)加熱至噴氣時(shí)開始計(jì)時(shí)修復(fù)2min，自然冷卻至室溫。
方法4：使用*修復(fù)，將*修復(fù)液加入到組織上，37℃，消化30min
