保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-c-Raf抗體,癌基因c-Raf抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：cRaf/Raf1 (RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase) involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. Part of the Ras-dependent signaling pathway from receptors to the nucleus. Protects cells from apoptosis mediated by STK3. The Raf family is comprised of three members (aRaf, bRaf, and cRaf) that play a critical role in regulating cell growth and differentiation, and couple growth factor receptor stimulation to nuclear transcription factors via the Ras/mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. cRaf kinase is a small GTPase like kinase of 73 kDa, and is a signal transducer of multiple extracellular stimuli that is regulated by several pathways, and that once activated, phosphorylates MEK which in turn phosphorylates ERK. Raf1 is involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. It is part of the Ras dependent signaling pathway from receptors to the nucleus.

染色失敗的幾種原因
1.所染的全部切片均為陰性結(jié)果，包括陽性對(duì)照在內(nèi)，全部呈陰性反應(yīng)，原因可能是：（1）染色未按嚴(yán)格操作步驟進(jìn)行；（2）漏加一種抗體，或抗體失效；（3）緩沖液內(nèi)含*，抑制了酶的活性；（4）底物中所加H2O2量少或失效；復(fù)染或脫水劑使用不當(dāng)。
2.所有切片均呈弱陽性反應(yīng)：（1）切片在染色過程中抗體過濃，或干燥了；（2）緩沖液配制中未加氯化鈉或pH不準(zhǔn)確，洗滌不*；（3）使用已變色的呈色底物溶液，或呈色反應(yīng)時(shí)間過長；（4）抗體溫育的時(shí)間過長；（5）H2O2濃度過高，呈色速度過快；（6）粘附劑太厚。
3.所有切片背景過深：（1）未用酶消化處理切片；（2）切片或涂片過厚；（3）漂洗不夠；（4）底物呈色反應(yīng)過久；（5）蛋白質(zhì)封閉不夠或所用血清溶血；（6）使用全血清抗體稀釋不夠。
