保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-NOS-2抗體,一氧化氮合成酶-2抗體產品介紹：Nitric oxide (NO) is an inorganic, gaseous free radical that carries a variety of messages between cells. Vasorelaxation, neurotransmission and cytotoxicity can all be potentiated through cellular response to NO. NO production is mediated by members of the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) family. NOS catalyzes the oxidization of L-arginine to produce L-citrulline and NO. Two constitutive isoforms, brain or neuronal NOS (b or nNOS, type I) & endothelial cell NOS (eNOS, type III), and one inducible isoform (iNOS, type II), have been cloned. All NOS isoforms contain calmodulin, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH), flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), and flavin mononucleotide (FMN) binding domains. Nitric oxide synthase is expressed in liver, macrophages, hepatocytes, synoviocytes, stimulated glial cells and smooth muscle cells. Cytokines such as interferon-gamma (IFN), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-1 and -2, and lipopolysaccarides (LPS) cause an increase in iNOS mRNA, protein, and activity levels. Protein kinase C-stimulating agents exhibit the same effect on iNOS activity. After cytokine induction, iNOS exhibits a delayed activity response which is then followed by a significant increase in NO production over a long period of time. Human iNOS is regulated by calcium/calmodulin (in contrast with mouse NOS2).
抗原修復，必須注意以下問題：
1、修復液的選擇。
0.01M枸櫞酸（pH6.0）：應用zui多的抗原修復液，適用于大多數的抗原，用該液修復后的抗原表達增強，抗原的定性和定位很理想，結果不錯;
0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）：應用較多的抗原修復液，修復能力較強，對于保存時間較長的切片或目的蛋白表達較弱的組織有很好的修復效果，需要控制好修復時間，否則容易出現較重的背景;
0.01M TBS（pH7.4）：中性修復液，適用于大多數抗原，對于核定位蛋白有較好的修復效果;
*：應用較多的抗原修復液，適用于大多數的抗原，使用溫度37℃，對于容易脫片的切片有很好的保護作用。

2.抗原熱修復時應選擇的溫度。
據實驗認為溫度在92℃－98℃是合適的，尤其在95℃為，這是因為：（1）這種溫度未達沸騰，切片不容易脫離載玻片；（2）能夠解離和破壞與蛋白交聯的甲醛醛鍵等，處理時可以隨意選擇和確定抗原修復的作用時間。如果選擇高壓修復，因為溫度較高，時間不宜過長
3.抗原修復時有效溫度所需持續時間根據各單位的設備條件以及使用的儀器不同，抗原修復時在有效的溫度范圍內所持續的時間也不一樣。
4.抗原修復液必須遵循自然降溫規律，否則效果不好或達不到抗原修復的目的。
5.盡量使用足量的抗原修復液，防止切片干涸。
6.切片必須附貼牢固，否則發生掉片。
