ADAMTS12抗體-整合素樣金屬蛋白酶與*1型-12抗體抗體修復(fù)方式:

修復(fù)液：0.01M 枸櫞酸（pH6.0）或者0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）

抗體修復(fù)方法：

方法1：沸水浴修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于沸水浴環(huán)境，保持外部沸騰狀態(tài)15min，自然冷卻至室溫；

方法2：微波修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于微波爐中，高火5min，停火3min，中火5min，自然冷卻至室溫。

ADAMTS12抗體-整合素樣金屬蛋白酶與*1型-12抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：This gene encodes a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs) protein family. Members of the family share several distinct protein modules, including a propeptide region, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 (TS-1) motif. Individual members of this family differ in the number of C-terminal TS-1 motifs, and some have unique C-terminal domains. The enzyme encoded by this gene contains eight TS-1 motifs. It may play roles in pulmonary cells during fetal development or in tumor processes through its proteolytic activity or as a molecule potentially involved in regulation of cell adhesion.
