phospho-Cortactin (Tyr466)抗體-磷酸化皮層肌動蛋白抗體抗原修復（免疫組化石蠟切片）

用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片需要抗原修復。

福爾馬林固定的組織有可能破壞了原來組織的抗原結構，蛋白多肽發生交聯，導致部分抗原表位封閉，結合位點減少，所以需要抗原修復，以暴露原來的抗原表位，達到充分顯露抗原，以不出現明顯脫片現象為佳。

phospho-Cortactin (Tyr466)抗體-磷酸化皮層肌動蛋白抗體產品介紹：This gene is overexpressed in breast cancer and squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. The encoded protein is localized in the cytoplasm and in areas of the cell-substratum contacts. This gene has two roles: (1) regulating the interactions between components of adherens-type junctions and (2) organizing the cytoskeleton and cell adhesion structures of epithelia and carcinoma cells. During apoptosis, the encoded protein is degraded in a caspase-dependent manner. The aberrant regulation of this gene contributes to tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Three splice variants that encode different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
