產(chǎn)品介紹：Positively regulates the activity of the minus-end directed microtubule motor protein dynein. May enhance dynein-mediated microtubule sliding by targeting dynein to the microtubule plus end. Required for several dynein- and microtubule-dependent processes such as the maintenance of Golgi integrity, the peripheral transport of microtubule fragments and the coupling of the nucleus and centrosome. Required during brain development for the proliferation of neuronal precursors and the migration of newly formed neurons from the ventricular/subventricular zone toward the cortical plate. Neuronal migration involves a process called nucleokinesis, whereby migrating cells extend an anterior process into which the nucleus subsequently translocates. During nucleokinesis dynein at the nuclear surface may translocate the nucleus towards the centrosome by exerting force on centrosomal microtubules. Also required for proper activation of Rho GTPases and actin polymerization at the leading edge of locomoting cerebellar neurons and postmigratory hippocampal neurons in response to calcium influx triggered via NMDA receptors. May also play a role in other forms of cell locomotion including the migration of fibroblasts during wound healing. Non-catalytic subunit of an acetylhydrolase complex which inactivates plaet-activating factor (PAF) by removing the acetyl group at the SN-2 position.

LIS1抗體-無(wú)腦回的致病基因LIS1抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一、變難為易

1、減少序列長(zhǎng)度

肽的長(zhǎng)度增加導(dǎo)致粗產(chǎn)物純度降低，小于15個(gè)殘基的肽較容易得到.當(dāng)肽鏈增加到20個(gè)以上時(shí)，正常產(chǎn)物的量就要考慮。在具體實(shí)踐中殘基低于20往往能得到更好的結(jié)果；

2、減少疏水殘基

疏水殘基占明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的肽，尤其在距C端7―12個(gè)殘基的區(qū)域，會(huì)引起合成困難，一般認(rèn)為由于合成中形成β折疊片，而產(chǎn)生不*配對(duì)。當(dāng)然，可用幾個(gè)極性殘基置換，或加入Gly或Pro易打開(kāi)肽結(jié)構(gòu)可能會(huì)得到幫助；

3、減少“難度”殘基

有多個(gè)Cys、Met、Arg、Try殘基一般難以合成，Ser通常可作為非氧化替換。
