產品介紹：This gene encodes a transcription factor that was originally identified as a widely expressed mammalian DNA binding protein that could bind a tax-responsive enhancer element in the LTR of HTLV-1. The encoded protein was also isolated and characterized as the cAMP-response element binding protein 2 (CREB-2). The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a family of DNA-binding proteins that includes the AP-1 family of transcription factors, cAMP-response element binding proteins (CREBs) and CREB-like proteins. These transcription factors share a leucine zipper region that is involved in protein-protein interactions, located C-terminal to a stretch of basic amino acids that functions as a DNA binding domain. Two alternative transcripts encoding the same protein have been described. Two pseudogenes are located on the X chromosome at q28 in a region containing a large inverted duplication.

ATF4抗體-活化轉錄因子4抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一、變難為易
1、減少序列長度
肽的長度增加導致粗產物純度降低，小于15個殘基的肽較容易得到.當肽鏈增加到20個以上時，正常產物的量就要考慮。在具體實踐中殘基低于20往往能得到更好的結果；
2、減少疏水殘基
疏水殘基占明顯優勢的肽，尤其在距C端7―12個殘基的區域，會引起合成困難，一般認為由于合成中形成β折疊片，而產生不*配對。當然，可用幾個極性殘基置換，或加入Gly或Pro易打開肽結構可能會得到幫助；
3、減少“難度”殘基
有多個Cys、Met、Arg、Try殘基一般難以合成，Ser通常可作為非氧化替換。
