工藝簡述
污水由排水系統收集后,進入污水處理站的化糞池去除糞便,經過格柵井去除顆粒雜物后,進入調節池,進行均質均量,調節池中設置液位控制器,再經液位控制儀傳遞信號,由提升泵送至*生物接觸氧化池,進行酸化水解和硝化反硝化,降低有機物濃度,去除部分氨氮,然后入流O級生物接觸氧化池進行好氧生化反應,O級生物池分為兩級,在此絕大部分有機污染物通過生物氧化、吸附得以降解,出水自流至斜板沉淀池沉淀后,上清液流入清水池消毒排放。
工藝流程:

我司根據醫院各科室特點,該工藝采用了自主研發的新有效的臭氧消毒原理,操作安全丶便捷丶占地面積小丶無噪音丶無需土建,處理高效丶經濟美觀丶運行穩定丶安裝方便丶維護簡單等特點原理簡介:臭氧是一種強氧化劑,滅菌過程屬生物化學氧化反應。O3滅菌有以下3種形式:臭氧能氧化分解細菌內部葡萄糖所需的酶,使細菌滅活死亡。直接與細菌、病毒作用,破壞它們的細胞器和DNA、RNA,使細菌的新陳代謝受到破壞,導致細菌死亡。透過細胞膜組,侵入細胞內,作用于外膜的脂蛋白和內部的脂多糖,使細菌發生通透性畸變而溶解死亡。
含傳染病和結核病的醫療機構先將傳染病房污水與非傳染病房污水分開,污水和糞便經過消毒以后在與其他污水一起處理。
20-1000張床位的醫院適合使用地埋式一體化污水處理設備,其處理工藝主要有:A/O法、A2/O法、SBR法、CASS法、MBR膜法、活性污泥法,生物接觸氧化法、等等。如A/O法的處理流程為:厭氧 好氧 沉淀 消毒,其特點是污泥產生量小,不需要另建調節池,節省土建費用。運行費用低,系統抗沖擊能力強,出水穩定等。
需要注意的一點為許多中小型醫院的化糞池并不標準,很小或只有一個。醫院污水中含有衛生間廢水,其中的糞便進入化糞池遇水就會分解發散,如直接抽吸到一體化設備中處理會影響出水水質。調節池有很好的穩定水位均衡水質的功能,不要為了節省一小部分投資而降低了設備使用性能。

(1) High efficiency. Ozone disinfection and sterilization is carried out by air without any other auxiliary materials and additives. It has good containment, sterilization, and strong fungicidal, fishy and odorous functions.
(2) High cleanliness. The rapid decomposition of ozone into oxygen is a special advantage of ozone as disinfection and sterilization. Ozone is produced by the use of oxygen in the air. In the disinfection process, excess oxygen is combined with oxygen-forming molecules after 30 minutes, and there is no residue. The problem of secondary pollution caused by disinfectant disinfection method is solved, and the re-cleaning after disinfection is eliminated.
(3) Convenience. Ozone sterilizer is usually installed in clean room or air purification system or sterilization room (such as ozone sterilization cabinet, transfer window, etc.). According to the sterilization concentration and time verified by debugging, the opening and running time of the sterilizer is set on time, which is convenient for operation and use.
(4) Economy. Compared with other methods, ozone disinfection has great economic and social benefits through its application and operation in many pharmaceutical industries and medical and health units. In today's rapid industrial development, environmental protection is particularly important, while ozone disinfection avoids secondary pollution caused by other disinfection methods.
