Background
本文以力敏材料為基礎，通過對應力場反演方法展開研究，實現了輪胎應力測量的可視化。首先，根據現有輪胎的特征設計了新型力敏傳感智能輪胎，分析了力敏智能輪胎的結構特點；其次，建立了力敏智能輪胎有限元模型，研究了力敏智能輪胎在充氣狀態、靜態受載、結構破損三種狀態下應力及變形情況，，構建了力敏智能輪胎電壓測量方法，并對導電硅橡膠材料的力敏性能進行了實驗驗證，分析了不同狀態、不同載荷下導電硅橡膠材料的應力反演情況.
