一、符合GB/T8018、ASTM D525、ISO7536標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，在試驗(yàn)過程中，能自動(dòng)記錄壓力及其變化過程，并用曲線的方式描繪出來，在試驗(yàn)完畢后，能自動(dòng)判別轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)；

2、試驗(yàn)過程中，整個(gè)充、放氣過程由系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)完成，所充的壓力可由屏幕顯示的畫面直接反應(yīng)出來，在充、放氣完畢后，系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)判別是否泄漏；

3、在試驗(yàn)過程中，用戶可根據(jù)需要選擇做單個(gè)或平行樣，做單個(gè)試樣時(shí)，可循環(huán)試驗(yàn)，并可在轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)出來后分別打印結(jié)果；

4、儀器可貯存近期內(nèi)的多個(gè)油樣結(jié)果，并以菜單的方式列出時(shí)間、操作者編號(hào)及油樣編號(hào)等項(xiàng)，用戶可根據(jù)自己的需求進(jìn)行查詢；

5、采用金屬浴或油浴，克服了大氣壓給溫度帶來的影響。在試驗(yàn)完畢后，能自動(dòng)關(guān)閉加熱系統(tǒng)，節(jié)約能源；

6、改進(jìn)了氧彈結(jié)構(gòu)，用球閥代替針閥，減少磨損，提高了閥門的使用壽命；

7、儀器在試驗(yàn)前或試驗(yàn)過程中，若溫度不在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)，將會(huì)用聲音報(bào)警，提醒用戶此時(shí)的溫度狀況；

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. Controlled by computer, it can automatically record the pressure and its change process during the test, and draw it out by means of curve. After the test, it can automatically identify the turning point;

2. During the test, the whole process of charging and venting is completed automatically by the system, and the pressure can be directly reflected by the screen. After charging and venting, the system can automatically determine whether there is a leak;

3. During the test, users can choose to make single or parallel samples according to their needs. When making a single sample, cyclic tests can be conducted, and the results can be printed separately after the turning point;

4. The instrument can store multiple oil sample results in the near future, and list the time, operator number and oil sample number in the form of menu, so that users can inquire according to their own needs;

5. Metal bath or oil bath is adopted to overcome the influence of atmospheric pressure on temperature. After the test, the heating system can be shut down automatically to save energy.

6. The oxygen bomb structure is improved and the ball valve is used to replace the needle valve to reduce wear and improve the service life of the valve;

7. If the temperature of the instrument is not within the standard range before or during the test, it will sound an alarm to remind the user of the temperature condition at this time;

8. When the instrument resumes operation again after power failure, it can be automatically restored according to the screen prompt and according to the abnormal abort procedure, to provide convenience for the operator and save time;

9. After the test or during the query process, the user can print the results as required.
