三、性能及特點(diǎn)：
1、儀器采用單片機(jī)控制，液晶屏顯示，實(shí)時(shí)顯示蒸餾全過(guò)程及蒸餾溫度、量筒室溫度、油品液體溫度、加熱功率、殘壓壓力、回收體積、每10%體積下的溫度和對(duì)應(yīng)的常壓溫度、蒸餾速度等參數(shù)。
2、自動(dòng)逐步減壓，自動(dòng)控制殘壓，保證做樣過(guò)程中殘壓的穩(wěn)定性。
3、自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)加熱功率，使蒸餾速度達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
4、采用進(jìn)口溫度傳感器，通過(guò)進(jìn)口溫控儀調(diào)校，使檢測(cè)到的蒸餾溫度與水銀溫度計(jì)一致。
5、采用特制玻璃量筒。玻璃量筒在儀器上校正一次后，就可使用。一臺(tái)儀器可使用五支量筒循環(huán)做樣。
6、具有強(qiáng)大的計(jì)算與存貯功能,根據(jù)真空壓力可換算出各體積下實(shí)測(cè)溫度對(duì)應(yīng)的常壓溫度。儀器內(nèi)可存貯24個(gè)結(jié)果,循環(huán)覆蓋,結(jié)果也可由打印機(jī)輸出。
7、提供終餾點(diǎn)結(jié)束、回收體積結(jié)束、蒸餾溫度結(jié)束、手動(dòng)結(jié)束等多束方式。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1. The instrument adopts single chip microcomputer control and LCD display to display real-time distillation process, distillation temperature, measuring cylinder chamber temperature, oil liquid temperature, heating power, residual pressure pressure, recovery volume, temperature per 10% volume, corresponding atmospheric temperature, distillation speed and other parameters.
2, automatic step decompression, automatic control of residual pressure, to ensure the stability of the residual pressure during the sample making process.
3. Automatically adjust the heating power to make the distillation speed meet the standard requirements.
4. Adopt imported temperature sensor and adjust by imported temperature controller to make the detected distillation temperature consistent with mercury thermometer.
5. Special glass measuring cylinder is adopted. The glass gauge can be used after it has been calibrated once on the instrument. One instrument can use five measuring cylinders to circulate samples.
6. With powerful functions of calculation and storage, the atmospheric temperature corresponding to the measured temperature under each volume can be converted according to the vacuum pressure. 24 results can be stored in the instrument, and the results can also be output by the printer.
7. Provide the end of the final distillation point, the end of the recovery volume, the end of the distillation temperature, manual end and other multi-beam methods.
