1、上裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，即閥門的主要部件——蝶板是經(jīng)由閥體上部的矩形中法蘭口裝入體腔的，當(dāng)閥門需要檢修時(shí)，無(wú)須將其從管線上拆下，只要花極少時(shí)間打開上蓋便能連閥桿帶蝶板從體腔中一起取出進(jìn)行維修作業(yè)。
2、本閥門在進(jìn)行維修作業(yè)的同時(shí)可以酌情保留管道中的介質(zhì)，這便免除了使用方許多前期輔助工作，使維修變得較為簡(jiǎn)捷。
3、在一些特定的場(chǎng)合，本閥門在進(jìn)行搶修期間可以不影響管道系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行，只要在取出蝶板組合件后迅速封閉上口便可立即恢復(fù)管道的帶壓運(yùn)行，使搶修閥門造成的效益損失降低到最小程度。
