-動作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動控制。
-多重安全保護:轉速檢測、過振動保護、開蓋保護、電機過載過熱保護、刮刀旋轉機械 /電氣雙重控制。
-焊接式整體機架，結構緊湊，機器承載強度高。
-全密閉結構，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。
-獨立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。
-采用變頻控制，轉鼓速度無級可調。
-可按要求設定進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工藝速度。
-浮動平臺底座，橡膠減振基礎。亦可選用液態阻尼減振器，減振效果*，機器運轉平穩，減小機器振動對設備和環境的危害。
