工作原理Operating Principle
將管夾、刀片和管子裝入Tube-Welder I，焊接過程自動化。刀片經加熱去熱原（≥400℃）后冷卻至焊接溫度。在整個焊接過程中通過紅外溫度傳感器監控刀片溫度。當刀片溫度達到焊接溫度時，刀片切割熱塑管，熱塑管被連接起形成所需的流體管路。After the holders, blade and tubes are placed on the right position of the Tube-Welder I, the following welding process is fully automated. The blade is heated up(≥400℃)
for depyrogenation, then cooled down to the welding temperature. An infrared sensor monitors and controls the blade temperature during the entire welding process. When the blade reaches the welding temperature, the blade cuts the tubes and the new fluid path is welded together.靈活適用Flexibility
