說明：DEPC是RNA酶的化學修飾劑，它和RNA酶的活性基團組氨
酸的咪唑環反應而抑制酶活性；蛋白質、*修飾劑；
DEPC與氨水溶液混合會產生致癌物，使用時需小心；
DEPC能與胺和巰基反應，因而含Tris和DTT的試劑不能用
DEPC處理。
