疫測定在臨床檢驗中的應用
由于各種抗原成份，包括小分子的半抗原，均可用以制備特異性的抗血清或單克隆抗體，利用此抗體作為試劑就可檢測標本中相應的抗原，因此免疫測定的應用范圍極廣，在臨床檢驗中可用于測定：
1) 體液中的各種蛋白質，包括含量極少的蛋白質如甲胎蛋白等。
2) 激素，包括小分子量的甾體激素等。
3) 抗生素和藥物。
4) 病原體抗原，HBsAg、HBeAg等。
5) 另外，也可利用純化的抗原檢測標本中的抗體，例如抗-HBs等。
